Distance Learning Enrollment

Step 1 – For questions or to obtain an application for enrollment 

Contact Tiffany Parker at tparker@avhsd.org or Leave a voicemail at 661-729-2321 ext 115.

Parent/Guardian must have the following information to be reviewed for placement at the continuation site:

  • Most recent Transcript
  • Withdrawal form from the last attended school
  • IEP/504 (If applicable)

Step 2 – After your application has been approved by the district office:

  • You will receive a call from someone in the school’s counseling office to complete the online enrollment.
  • Once the enrollment information is complete, the counselor will schedule a video or phone conference with the parent and student.
  • Student will be enrolled into classes
  • Student will log into google classroom, contact teachers and start working
